whitelephant enterprises has been selected to be the film partner for “Seeing Spartanburg In A New Light” – a public art project funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies.

What Is Seeing Spartanburg In A New Light?

Spartanburg’s winning project, Seeing Spartanburg in a New Light, will bring temporary art installations to city-owned public spaces in up to ten neighborhoods by August 2016 through a competitive process.

The project is a partnership among City of Spartanburg Police and Community Relations Departments, internationally renowned light and digital media artist Erwin Redl, The Arts Partnership of Greater Spartanburg, and Neighborhood Associations in City of Spartanburg.

Seeing Spartanburg in a New Light builds on National Night Out, an annual event that promotes crime prevention efforts, police-community partnership and neighborhood camaraderie.
